The project consists of a 26-storey and a 15-storey office tower and a four-storey podium. It is an international intelligent comprehensive office building integrating office, conference, exhibition, R&D and commerce.

The modeling lines of the project are free to flow, high and upward, like flowers blooming layer by layer, with a rising sense of strength. The exterior wall adopts advanced night light and shadow design, which reflects Macao's night scene.
