Project Overview: The project is located in the central business district of New Cairo, Egypt, and mainly consists of a mixed-use complex and high-rise towers. The project's signature tower, the A01, is a supertall mixed-use building with a height of 385.8 meters and a total of 77 storeys, a new urban landmark and the focal point of the entire project, sculpting the luminous crown of the building, inspired by the Luxor obelisk. Simple and elegantly proportioned with exquisite detail, it will convey a sense of intensity and stability. The housing will consist of a high-performance colored aluminum curtain wall system with heat-insulating low-vision glass and continuous horizontal sun protection. The ground floor lobby will become a sought-after meeting place with upscale standards of decorative materials including granite, marble, agate and wood.
