Project Overview: Four Seasons Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has a total construction area of about 210,000 square meters. The project includes approximately 140 rooms in the hotel, 110 serviced apartment units, 300 residential units, 80,000 square meters of retail space and parking facilities to accommodate more than 1,800 vehicles. The project consists of two common podiums: a 43-story tower (191 meters) and a 70-story tower (311 meters).
