The Wenzhou Center project is located at the west end of Qidu Island, Shangsha Village, Qidu Street, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City. 

The land area of the project is 72,850 square meters, with a total construction area of 457,000 square meters, including 314,000 square meters above ground and 143,000 square meters underground. 

Area A of the project is an urban complex integrating hotels, offices, and Ueno. It consists of three super high-rise towers and three-story podiums. Tower A is office and hotel, with 57 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a building height of 285.6 meters. ; 

B and C are offices, with 34 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a building height of 169 meters. Towers A and B are at an elevation of 132.6m~141m, and towers B and C are connected at an elevation of 143m~167.8m, forming an urban balcony as a sightseeing and leisure floor.
