The project is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Pingshan Avenue and Zhenhuan Road, Pingshan District, Shenzhen. 

The total land area of the project is about 30,000 square meters. The project is divided into Phase I and Phase II. 

The design scope of this project is Phase II of the project. In Phase II of the project, there will be a commercial mall with 4 floors above the ground, a super tower with a building height of 302m, and 2 commercial buildings with two to three floors above the ground along the street. 

The second phase of the project has four basements. The total construction area of the second phase is about 23.4 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 147,000 square meters, and the underground construction area is about 87,000 square meters.
