Echelon Place Los Vegas is a $4 billion Mixed-Use Resort on the 63 acres of Las Vegas land currently occupied by the Stardust Hotel. The mega-resort includes 1 million square feet of convention and meeting space, 5,300 hotel rooms, a 140,000 square fool casino and 350,000 square feet of retail stores.

Provided Peer Review and Value Engineering services for this project. SGI  was responsible for multi-million dollars savings in construction cost. Our review skills hove been applied to foundation systems as well as structural steel and reinforced concrete structures.
