Project Overview: Changchun East Asia Central Urban Complex project is located in the southern urban development zone of Changchun, Jilin Province, including office, hotel, banquet hall, business and IMAX theater, etc. :

Plot A: 4 floors above ground podium building, including commercial, IMAX theater, etc. The total construction area is 141,909m2.

Plot B: 126-storey super high-rise tower (2-storey podium), including office, hotel, etc., with a total construction area of 445,065m2. 3 floors podium (2 floors underground), including restaurant, bar, concert hall, banquet hall, business, etc. Underground garage (B3-B5),

The total construction area is 159,114m2.

The total construction area is 786,774m2.

SGI participated in the conceptual design of the project.
