Project Overview: SGI(ADG) is responsible for the structural design of the 60-storey, 1,224,000 sq ft building, which is one of the key parts of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre complex. It is a mixed-use development that includes office, residential, retail and parking projects. The reinforced concrete structure is set in a curvilinear triangular plan, with the upper residential section expanding into a rectangle to accommodate the lower office and commercial levels.
