SGI working period: 2016-2017

Project Overview: Located on the banks of the Yangtze River in Changsha, capital of Hunan Province, China, the building is a complex of commercial and creative offices. Huayuan Phase II has a construction area of 123,345 m2 and a total height of 129.2m. The structure uses steel reinforced concrete and steel trusses to achieve complex high-rise conjunctions, long-span overhangs and high-rise conversion. SGI was the consultant for structural optimization of the project.
