This mixed-use project consists of a 21-story building located at the intersection of East Main Street and Greylock Plaza in Stamford, Connecticut. The current plan envisages more than three floors of parking, two floors of office floors and one floor of housing facilities such as a health club, lounge, meeting room, etc. Floors 8 to 21 will house residential units. The ground floor will house lobby functions, driving access, car lifts and retail space. The total area of the superstructure of the building is approximately 153,550 square feet.
