Project Description: ADG provided complete structural design and engineering services for this project, which consists of a 31-story flat-concrete framed luxury residential apartment building located at 250 53rd Street in New York City. A feature of the design is the inclusion of facilities for a future New York City subway station within the building to serve the long-awaited Second Avenue subway line.
